I ended up making these with cheese, broccoli and the left over baked potatoes my Aunt sent home from dinner last night. They were a hit! I’ve always thought twice baked potatoes would be very time consuming, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick these were.

I made these last night and improvised some due to lack of a few things like BBQ sauce and added some A-1 steak sauce. These were great a huge hit with my family. ps I ate one for breakfast this morning and it was yummy
