Boy, am I glad the new design is finished and the site is up and running again. How do you like it?
There are a few minor wrinkles left to iron out here and there, but mainly the transition went smooth and that is nothing short of a miracle with all the things that could have gone wrong. Aside from the down time, that is. Sorry ‘bout that! It was especially cruel after just publishing a new recipe, I know (Kenyan Curried Cabbage). What can I say? I have a cruel streak! Mea culpa.
I am in love with the design! Madly, passionately, head-over-heels in love with it. Seeing your idea materialized is such an amazing experience. It has the exact homey feel I was going for. Many thanks to Sergio for creating my visions—whom I probably drove crazy during the design process. My birth sign is Virgo. Really, need I say more?
And I especially want to thank all of you for the frantic clicks while my site was still in maintenance mode. You missed me, haven’t you? Oh come on now, admit it!

I was definitely one of those with the frantic clicking! I went shopping for ingredients for the Princess Cupcakes + frosting during the week, because I wanted to make them today for a visit to one of my friends. But I hadn’t printed the recipe-cards I needed! D’oh, when I wanted to do it yesterday! Then I had to figure something else out (ended with some easter-chocolate-muffins)… That will teach me a leason! I missed you ;-)
Oh, and the design is great :-) I like that you have divided the blog in 3 main categories :-)
