With Thanksgiving coming up—we don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in the Netherlands though—here’s a sure way to brighten up your dinner table. I’m pretty sure you guys got the turkey thing down pat and could teach me a lesson or two about cooking turkey.

Heck, I think you’ll be cooking circles around me, laughing maniacally while pointing the finger of ridicule. Not that I’m paranoid or anything.

But still. It’s probably best I steer clear from turkey and instead give you a handful of my favorite go-to snack ideas and recipe ideas for the holidays!

I’ve been using a Weber BBQ set to cook my whole turkey for 30 years. Always comes out juicy and succulent that the meat falls off the bones too. Using the “Big Green Egg” will be perfect too. I use the indirect heating method to cook. Here is a youtube that shows how to do it in a weber BBQ. http://m.youtube.com/watch?feature=related&v=dKhzkWdSc80
just convert it with a Big Green Egg BBQ set. Simple and enjoy.
