I was thinking….

My site needs a little more interaction in the food department. How about a special recipe request section? It’ll be a fun challenge for me as well!

Looking for a long-lost European recipe? Want to cook that one specific Dutch dish you ate while vacationing here or perhaps a wonderful Indonesian dish—I make a killer rijsttafel—or any other recipe you don’t know how to cook or what ingredients to use for, chances are I can lend you a helping hand. If not, we can find out together. Maybe  one of the other readers can even chime in.

Just drop me a line right here, explain what it is you’re looking for and I’ll try my best to come up with a tried and true recipe for you. Provided I actually know a recipe or can blackmail bribe one of my friends into giving up one of theirs.

Just keep in mind that I want everyone—regardless of where on God’s green earth they live—being able to make my recipes without going on a wild witch-hunt all over town trying to track down rare ingredients. I’ll check the request section on a regular basis, pick out a random recipe now and then and turn it into a photo posting.
