Kay’s Hummus

  For years I made my hummus (or hummous) the classic way. I really liked it, but I didn’t really start to love it until I seriously tweaked the authentic recipe. I’m a firm believer in tweaking recipes; you have to make a recipe your own. Unless they’re cookies or cakes, then I wouldn’t mess with the quantities used.
