Hi Kay – I made this last night and served it with vegetarian balletjes and spaghetti noodles. It was delicious! Thanks as always! Your recipes really help me learn how to cook the things I’m used to in my new country (The Netherlands).

I just made your roasted chicken and vegetables……….very good, very, very good. So here I am looking for a stroganoff recipe and I knew this is where I should start. Interesting with the veggies but I have not been disappointed by you yet. So your stroganoff it will be with variations.

Stephanie, we eat this as a sauce with chicken (it’s amazing with grilled chicken), with steak, with fries or skillet baked potatoes … it even goes on top of ham and bacon pancakes. The sky is the limit.

Hey, I know you have heard from me a few times now but I just love your recipes and have been going through all you recipes.

Just curious, I have always thought of Stroganoff to be served with beef and noodles, this looks as though you could just dig into it like a soup. How do you normally serve it? Either way it looks yummy.
