Or half the ingredients. But I went up to Walmart and spent 5 bucks on a grater, some lemons, baking powder, vanilla extract, and some butter. They are in the oven right now. And I can't wait till they get out. I have very little experience in cooking but your blog of recipes is so amazing and easy to understand. Did not have a proper pastry bag, so tried the plastic bag with corner snipped off. What I lacked in technique in getting dough on to the sheet was more than made up for by the yumminess of the result!! FYI, I did not have any light brown sugar and used dark brown sugar instead. To be honest about it, I only buy dark brown sugar so that I can always use that "instead". Thanks for the great recipe. Made a batch of the Sprits cookies last night.
