Thank you so much for this recipe. I spent 4 months in Suriname in 2002, and absolutely loved the Roti. This recipe looks even better than the stuff we had there, considering the restaurant we ate at leaves in the chicken bones. lol.

Serving size is simple... we're a family of three, so our general serving size is 4 unless stated otherwise. This is just a food blog of the food I make for my family :) The serving size can also be found in the printable recipes (after 2010).

I came across your tutorial when looking for a roti recepy. Recently moved to another country and I really missed eating Roti, but no way to get it here.
