This is one of the easiest sides I've ever made! This was incredibly delicious and the flavors just came together beautifully. I ended with onions as well and loved how they cooked to perfection. I wouldn't change a think...but I WILL be making this at least once a week!
The dish stayed hot for at least 45-60 minutes after cooking. (I used the oven to bake the Kaytucky Chicken afterward).

We threw this in the microwave for 20 minutes and it came out just fine although it could have used a little browning in the oven. I might have to amend this to be a more cheesy version at the request of a 9 year old diner, but it's a keeper. I agree with you - not fussy or rich or fancy, just good n' simple.

Delicious! Super, super easy. I made it and didn't change a thing. Your photos were what made me want to make this, but your simple instructions were much appreciated. My onions didn't look QUITE as much as flowers, but I plan on practicing quite a bit :)

This was excellent. We served it with just a salad and some bread. It made a great main meal. Thank-you again!

This is one of my fave things in the whole wide world. Who doesn't love potatoes cooked up till they're creamy soft, but with a crispy, golden crust. I like how you use broth, too, to cut some of the usual richness of this dish.

A great combination of potatoes & onions. Your dish looks scrumptious. I'll definitely try it :)
