I made these last night and they were fabulous! Recommendation: add homemade mozzarella cheese! I always use this recipe, its easy and delicious

hi, this recipe looks awesome…as i had a whole bag of new, unopened potatoes, i decided to give it a try.

im making them as i write…the potatoes r in the oven. one question: i didnt have any cream on hand, so im using canned mushroom soup for the sauce…it came out ok and tastes quite good….but do u think i might have really altered the taste?
