Absolutely delicious! I made this yesterday, my sister said it was much too spicy for her taste but everyone loved it. I put a mashed banana (about 1/3) into the leftover portion today, that's lovely too! More African than Indian, I guess, but really great :)

Hi Kay

Found you through a pin on Pinterest featuring this recipe, which looked delicious and intrigued me by it's name. When I clicked through, scrolling down I thought: "Beautiful blog & food photography!", which got me reading. Then I couldn't help smiling when I saw your comment: "I did tweak it a little—can’t help myself, I’m a compulsive recipe tweaker." because I'm the same way with recipes that aren't my own :-) Some of my close friends own great Indian restaurants in London (England, where I lived for 15 years), and they also are great cooks themselves. Turmeric is an ingredient I learned to really enjoy though scrumptious food. I'll definitely make this, it's so simple yet I know how tasty it will be! I'm really pleased to have discovered your site and will be visiting again. Happy cooking ~ marie

I owe your site for getting me to start cooking with chicken. I upped the paprika in the dish to give it more of a zing. It came out really well. Thank you so much. I love your site!
