Banana is so good in all kinds of dishes. My family have to watch out what they say when I ask them what they want for dinner- my youngest son once requested banana and strawberries for dinner! I served Bobotie (you know the South African dish) with a big dollop of strawberry jam- it was divine! You should have seen the look on his face though- priceless!

That's another one of our fav casseroles. I add crunchy bacon bits, lots of black pepper and a handful of cheese on top :)

Looks good! This is the only way my family will eat red cabbage. I always slice about 2 bananas and put that on top of the ground meat before adding the cabbage. Sounds unusual, but you should give it a try!
