If you really are a doctor, you would be aware of the fact that acid in lemon juice kills mold and bacteria. You also should have been up to speed regarding the latest studies that have shown that vinegar not only fights fungal infection. but it also has antibacterial properties.

		<description><![CDATA[Just made this mayonnaise but I suggest to those who make it to use a mild oil.  I just used fresh olive oil and it&#039;s all I can taste!  But, I&#039;m using it for a potato salad tomorrow so it will work just fine.  I don&#039;t eat refined sugar so it&#039;s great to be able to eat mayo again!  Thanks so much for the recipe!]]></description>
