Hi Kay,
I've just stumbled upon your blog and I'm certainly going to be a regular visitor.
I'm very impressed. I can't wait to try some of your recipes in particular- Beef Sausages & Balsamic Tomatoes looks simply amazing.
Your photo's are incredible. Well done!

One of my favorites is your Kaytucky Chicken (http://www.kayotic.nl/blog/?p=3708), my fiance calls it 'the puff chicken' and requests it all the time. You also have a recipe for Parmesan crusted chicken, which may have originally been on the Pioneer Woman's site, that is delicious. I couldn't find it on your site or her's to link to, but I have it printed out at home!

@Debbie:

I have no idea what exactly they put in there. I buy mine at the butchershop. It tastes like a spice blend made from pepper, salt, sweet paprika, and some other things. But really, any type of sausage would work for this!
