Can't wait to make these. I love Pizza, but hubby doesn't, this would solve my problem there. Will be looking for those pans too. Neat!!! Love your comment about you will eat the person on a diet's share. (Ha,HA) Sounds like something I would say.

These were a hit at our house today for the big Twente-Ajax game (we're Tukkers). I subbed pepperocini's (mild banana peppers) for the artichokes, and added some leftover diced salami, and they were awesome! Excellent idea to use the puff pastry, thanks for sharing! Oh, and I made them in a mini-muffin pan so they were perfectly bite-sized.

i just game across your site and everything looks phenemenol. I'm going to make these little pizzas for a party this weekend. Question though... if i don't use the pizza trays or muffin tin, will i still get the puffed effect just by placing a bunch on a baking sheet?

I'm so glad you didn't use a store bought marinara. The only thing I would like to mention as an alternative to the pine nuts is roasted cashews, they are half the price of pine nuts and more nutritious.
Thanks for the post.
Ciao!
