One night I was really in the mood of something that you definitely can't categorize under 'good calories'.
I found some leftovers of sweet white bread which had raisins in it and decided to make something that would resemble pancakes out of them. So, I cut it in cubes and added them to my batter (eggs, flour, milk and I didn't hold myself back with sugar). The batter was nice and thick - perfect for spoon-sized nearly deep-fried (judging by the amount of oil) bites, which I ate with sour cream. And loved it!

No sorry. I don't have an email function like that. I used a plugin that did that, but it somehow stopped functioning properly quite some time ago.

I'm on my own tonight and AH didn't have half of the ingredients I was originally looking for this morning, so I've just had these for dinner tonight. Delicious! I forgot the bacon and switched out mustard for the sweet chili sauce, but they're still wonderful! Glad I made extra. ;)

Hey, I grew up with hot dogs sliced about half way through lengthwise, stuffed with a thick slice of cheddar cheese, then wrapped with bacon and baked. I always had mustard to dip them in. Great childhood memory, will plan on trying this one. We did cook the bacon til almost done before wrapping it around the hot dog.

I confess to being a total copycat and very uncreative so I make nothing weird unless you count my bologna sandwich which consists of two slices of bread and one each slice of bread you put mayo, catsup, & mustard then add a slice of bologna, salt and 4 saltine crackers. It's the best!!
