		<description><![CDATA[it looks very yummy! in Suriname we usually don&#039;t add sambal to our marinade. we use premixed marinades, with all the seasonings already in the soysauce. these are very often &quot;home made&quot; by small entrepeneurs and are sold in all supermarkets. depending on your heat addiction and taste, you choose the brand.  with the humid temperature here, usually the spice powders don&#039;t keep very well, once opened. this is one of the reasons for choosing the premixed seasonings i think. but i love how you make the spices and marinades yourself. love the posts.]]></description>
