But, I had a question, when I was preparing them I found that the bacon was swallowing the chicken whole :)  And I cut the chicken just as you described.  They were good solid appetizer size pieces.  Do you cut the bacon in half width or lengthwise or is that why you use the dutch equivalent because it is more manageable?   Thanks again for sharing this superlicious recipe :)!!</description>
