I think what you are referring to is: &#039;rack my brain&#039;  without a w. Even though it would be correct and both phrases are used, I think wreck is more commonly used.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

I made it with a medium sweet potato - baked and mashed but no spices or butter or anything added.  My chicken broth was low sodium so I did add a bit of sea salt. And I don&#039;t have onion powder - I decided on a bit of cumin, not that cumin is a substitute, I just like it and I thought it would &quot;go&quot;.  I also used grilled chicken breast - I just am not fond of boiled chicken.

Wonderful taste of unique flavors and a good warming soup.

A definite keeper!</description>
