Hi ! I have a problem with the egg ! Help~~~
When I bake it, the egg became like plastic on top. Help~~~
Lovely recipe ! I did it for my husband and daughter today, all turned out nice except the egg. So I have to scrape off the egg after it’s done…

Just tried this for myself and my mom, and we both loved it! So much flavor from so few ingredients, and the toast strips were quite a nice touch. Definitely going to be using this one again and again!
