@LANA: I never thought I’d find Garam Masala in the middle of rural Mizzourah either, but I did! Try one of your more ‘upscale’ grocery stores, Trader Joe’s, bulk food store. I found mine in one of those Dutch bulk grocery stores-hey, Dutch, how appropriate ;) ALSO LANA… love your blog! Went there to see where you lived, and peeked around.
