Tried this today it was awesome, did not put bacon in though was out of it..still it tasted awesome :)

My husband hates potato salad, but I told him we needed to try this one when a friend sent me the link. I saw bacon and just had to taste this!
I omitted the yogurt (replaced w/ olive oil mayo) and added a smidgen more course mustard and it was a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed it! My husband said that it was really good. Thanks!

That is one great looking potato salad! Boiling the potatoes with the chicken bouillon cubes is a great idea!

I love potato salad of all kinds. My grandmother used to mash hers much like your other recipe. But I like it anyway I can get it. This one looks especially good.
