You’ve probably noticed by now I really, really like to use garlic. If you like garlic as well, chances are you’re also fond of roasted garlic. What’s not to love, right? Freezing Basil

Simple posting this time. Apparently a lot of people throw away their left-over herbs. Such a shame because basil (an other herbs) freezes so well, plus it’s great to always have fresh basil whenever you need it. Here’s how I do it.
