Old-School Steak Sandwich

If this old-school steak sandwich with loads of veggies isn’t going to replenish your energy on yet another dreadful Monday, give it up, nothing will!

    Tuna Sandwich Revival

Tuna sandwich revival! It was time I came up with something new, something refreshing and most of all something quick. This one will rock your world!

      Roasted Vegetables & Salami Flatbread

This was probably the best lunch I’ve made in some time. We combined it with a big bowl of my favorite Sweet potato and pepper soup and it was awesome. I’m not very creative when it comes to special lunch recipes—too attached to my basic cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber sandwich, I guess—but this was something else alright. Now, I had absolutely no desire whatsoever to take a cranky 3-year-old to the…

            Chinese Scallion Pancakes

This is my version of Chinese Scallion Pancakes. Warning in advance; these puppies are highly addictive! Cut in squares they are the perfect snack, appetizer or party food for any pancake lover, not only because they’re so darn tasty and pretty cheap to make, but also because they’re hardly any work and only contain normal ingredients. They can be eaten warm as well as cold and you can clean out your fridge/vegetable…
