    Photoshop: watermark

I admit to having mixed feelings about this tutorial. If only because we shouldn’t be forced to watermark our photos for fear of them being stolen. I think I found an appropriate intro photo, though!  And *poof* gone are the days of willingly posing for mom. I have to bribe the kid these days. But all kidding aside, I guess I was pretty naive when I set my first steps into the…

      Color pop

I’ve been receiving a lot of requests for the color pop stuff. Oh, how I love saying stuff.  I’m happy to oblige, though. Photoshop seems to make everything look fresher, more colorful…

I’ll often end up with photos where the subject has been properly exposed, but the background can use a little tweak. Got photos like that, too? Keep reading, this one’s for you!

            Photoshop: paint with light

There’s no such thing as the perfect exposure. Or maybe there is. When either you’re very lucky or an absolutely brilliant photographer! Chances are you’re not and, just like me, you have to tweak it. Bring the light to life. Exposure is also subjective; what I might think to be the perfect exposure for a particular shot could easily be under or overexposed to your eyes, and vice versa. It really is in…
