		<description>Hi Kay, thank you for the fabulous idea. I tried the recipe this morning and I have to admit there&#039;s no better way to consume muesli than this! It&#039;s certainly a great option in between my daily vege juices which obviously do not taste as good as smoothies ; )</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not a fan of dieting, but for health reasons I put myself on a blender and smoothie diet a couple of years back and the results were incredible.  I had a smoothie just like this one for morning tea which would keep me going through to lunch. But first thing in the morning I would blend up a smoothie with frozen berries, frozen bananas, raw broccoli, a leaf of silverbeet or spinach and some apple.  Sounds hideous, but believe it or not it was absolutely delicious!  And fantastic for losing weight but still keeping good nutrition.  Very fast results and I had more energy than ever!  If you&#039;re after quick and easy breakfasts or a healthy meal replacement if you need to detox, these are brilliant.  Great to see recipes adding the extra fibre.</description>
