Ham, Sauerkraut & Apple Rolls (on cheese potatoes)

Don’t be hatin’! I really didn’t mean to do it. Honestly, I didn’t mean to post such a calorie-bomb this early in the morning, but I’m doing it anyway! Two simple reasons for that: a) you’d never forgive me for not sharing this recipe with you b) it’s just too good to pass up So, if you have any intentions of adding a teeny tiny layer of insulation over your…

We’ve been having so much snow, sleet and other bad weather on my side of the pond these past few weeks, that our outdoor time is limited to an occasional trip to the park. As a result, I’m slowly running out of ideas for how to keep my active and always chatty (read: the kiddo won’t shut it for more than 2 minutes) almost 4-year-old busy.

Chicken Palava (African peanut stew)

I have a pretty special (and simple) dinner recipe for you. Not so special you can’t whip it up during any given weeknight, but it’s a fun recipe. It’s different, and that’s exactly what we need now and then. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while now, it won’t come as a surprise to you that I’m a serious peanut-o-holic. I love anything peanut, and simply have to try…
